Men Doing the Work, by Alpha Rising Menswork
Why is it that some men are able to create thriving relationships, financial abundance, and deep fulfillment and happiness, while so many others seem to stay stuck in mediocrity, unable to have what they want in life? There’s no level of outer success that will magically fix all your inner problems. If instead, you focus on doing the inner work, it always leads to your external world improving along with it. In this podcast, Dave Bravelove from Alpha Rising Menswork shares stories of men (and some women) out there who are leading the charge in helping men grow and evolve, as well as inspiring entrepreneurs that have experienced their own quantum leaps through diving in and doing the work to heal their inner wounds.

Dave is back!
In this week's episode I share a big announcement around me stepping into a new chapter of being more myself.
I dig into more of my own story around doing work around healing my own lack of self worth and how some really big layers were healed recently which led to a big realization that I share in the episode.
This one gets pretty personal, I hope you guys enjoy a little peek behind the curtain.
Also, not sure why but there's some little blips in the audio periodically. Not sure why, some sort of technical issue that should be fixed for next time :)
Also, here's one of the books I mentioned about the science around intergenerational trauma: www.audible.ca/pd/It-Didnt-Start-with-You-Audiobook/B06Y2J4L1T
